Electronic Document Administration System

EDAS, an enterprise software package, is one of our Electronic Document Management Solution which mainly organizes and manages different kinds of digital documents within an enterprise. This is our product born from our fifteen-year experience in document management systems development. The current widespread usage of web-based applications allows an enterprise and its users to create or capture documents in electronic form, as well as archive, edit, view, print, process, and manage documents in image, video, audio, or in full-text format.

EDAS provides a single transparent view of multiple databases and supports scanners for document capture, printers for creating hard copies and storage devices such as hard disks, MO disk, and jukebox. EDAS is multi-tiered architecture, composed of clients-tier, web-tier, component-tier and enterprise information system tier for managing the application and the databases that contain the documents. EDAS is designed and developed as a client-server program as well as a web-based program, so as to make full advantageous use of specific features.
